Thank you! All my illustrations are labours of love. I do them when I need to wind down and relax. So they're really glorified doodles :)

No problem. Your art work is excellent! Far better than some of the professional comic artists for sure! I started to draw again after many many years maybe 10 years or more. And from this year I started to do it very seriously. I think my drawing is improving slowly. I am dreaming of becoming a pro illustrator. I would like to have some feed back from you. I like weird monsters and japanese yokai stuff you do. Some of them are bit like Moomins!

Your number 1 priority is to use your creativity to add real quality to your life. Your number 2 priority is to use your creativity to add quality to the lives of others. If you enjoy your work it'll come through in your art, and others will most certainly enjoy it too.
The way to work with your creativity is to set a big goal, to really decide what you'd like to do with your creativity, and then work every day on being as productive as you can, making new stuff all the time, and enjoying it. My experience is that when you are productive and you show the results to the world via social media (Facebook, DeviantArt, YouTube, etc) people will start to follow your work, and you never know who's watching. It can be someone with just the right connections for you and your art. Even if you think that your work isn't as good as some other artist's work, keep at it. Just by being productive and exuding creative joy you will be prolific, and will impress people and attract them to your art.
Some will undoubtedly be annoyed by your tenacity, but those are not the people you should be bothered with, as they only target others as a reaction to their own inability to make something of their talents. Frustration gives birth to many critics. However, if someone offers you constructive critique and advice about how you can improve on technique, etc, and you feel it does apply to your style of art, lap it up!
If you think I can give you some useful feedback I'll be very happy to look through your portfolio and see if I can offer any good advice.

Thank you so much for nice long feedback!! You took so much time for this and I appreciate it!! Everything you said is correct!! Priority 1 and 2 is important!! At the moment my computer is broken and I'm typing this message from my mrs imac!! lol I will be getting a new one probably next weekend. My recent drawing was given LIKE from Shinichi Wakasa, Koji Yokoi, Shinji Nishikawa, Shizuku Ichigono, Aya Kaida, Matt Frank and Jeff Zornow on facebook. I was so happy!! At the moment I'm just doing fan art most of the time and when I'm finished with that I will do more creative, original stuff. And I have 35 watchers here now. I would love to buy your book when you are ready to publish it!! Worth paying money to see your art work!! Thanks again for great advice and keep up the great work!! #1

I think your art is extremely accomplished. You have your own style with a lot of detail. It's a perfect match of hand drawn and digital. I can really see where your heart is in popular culture, but i suspect there's more to discover about your interests.
As for my rant about how to approach creativity: I think it's very important to embrace whatever talents you're born with. I certainly enjoy life more when I can relax in front of my drawing board. It's when I feel really "at home" in myself.
