Harcourt Fenton Mudd, At Your Service!

Now I wonder what the series would have looked like it they made a clever rogue like Mudd the hero, constantly trying to stay one step ahead of the stick-in-the-mud Federation. Of course they would've had to give him some more positive characteristics. That or make it a comedy.
